Detective Sam T. Sirch and her cat Leon were coming to visit. The Christmas friends were excited to talk to Sam about her search for Christmas. They had planned a special afternoon tea with bottles of Christmas ginger beer and Christmas mince pies. Star and Holly had the job of dusting the pies with icing sugar. Star was counting the pies, “One, two, three…” and Holly was counting the days. It’s the 7th of December. There’s 18 more days until Christmas…”
